Properties with three verified violations in a year—or any single offense involving a felony, serious injury, or illegal use—may have their rental permit suspended for up to 12 months.
Additionally, failure to respond to emergencies, maintain neighbor notification, or comply with insurance and posting requirements can result in monthly fines of $1,000 until corrected.
