Toronto’s Top Airbnb Licensed Condos That Follow Legal Rules and Regulations in 2025

New year, new updates.. at Park Place Properties we are always on top of rules and regulations across the city to ensure our clients are aware of the safest short-term rental friendly condo buildings in Toronto. It is also important for us to know all the unique rules in each building so we can manage your listing without any costly issues.
We always recommend asking the building property management before thinking about Airbnb. Key things to ask are:
Does the building allow short-term rentals?
What is the minimum nightly stay allowed (1 night, 30 nights, 90 days, etc)
Does the building have landlord comission?
Does the building require in-person check-ins? (Does someone associated with the property need to be there to check in guest?)
Does the building allow subleases and corporations apply for a license and operate in the building?
Are the amenities available to short-term rental guests?
Are guests allowed to use the building parking?
