Yes.
112 George Street (Vu Condos) allows short-term rentals on Airbnb with nightly stays, and guests can use the amenities. The building has pet restrictions.
Last verified November 3, 2026 by Park Place Properties112 George Street is the south tower of Vu Condos, in the quieter Old Town part of downtown between Jarvis and Sherbourne. Guests get a calmer place to come back to, while the east and west ends of downtown are both an easy trip.
St. Lawrence Market is a few minutes' walk away, with farm-to-table food all week and pop-up shops selling local clothing and jewellery. The Distillery District and the Eaton Centre are close too, so the building suits guests who want to shop and eat well during their stay.
With only 12 licences, Vu has far less short-term rental competition than the big towers by the lake. The smaller number of short-term rentals gives it more of a community feel, which makes it a good fit if you plan to live in the unit and rent it out while you travel.
